    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously keep the high speed for a long time by providing a solenoid valve control device to apply the excitation voltage lower than the rated voltage required to keep the driving condition after the excitation voltage over the rated voltage required to drive a solenoid valve device corresponding to a wheel to detect the sliding condition is applied for the prescribed period. A solenoid valve control part 615 to receive the command applies the low holding voltage required for keeping the driving condition during the time zone while applying the periodically strong excitation force by the pulse-shaped voltage to corresponding releasing solenoid valve RV and holding solenoid valve HV. As a result, even a solenoid valve device of large capacity can be driven at high speed, and the excitation voltage is dropped after driving, and excitation can be continued for a long time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pressure controlling device capable of controlling an air pressure in a brake cylinder in response to a brake command pressure with high accuracy and conducting stable control by restraining fluctuation in the air pressure even when supplying and exhausting air to and from the brake cylinder at high speed. SOLUTION: This air pressure controlling device 11 is provided with a pressure sensor 13 for detecting air pressure in the brake cylinder as a controlled object, and a control part 15 for controlling a three-position electromagnetic valve 12 with the usage of an air pressure command value and the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 13. The control part 15 detects from the detected pressure by the pressure sensor 13 that the three-position electromagnetic valve 12 exists in a slow supply region at a slow supply position between a supply position and an overlap position or a slow exhaust region at a slow exhaust position between the supply position and the overlap position. When it is detected that the detected pressure rises or declines by a predetermined value, the three-position electromagnetic valve 12 is forcibly placed in the overlap position for a predetermined time from detection to keep the pressure in the brake cylinder statically.
