    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional pattern sheet which is used for giving a three-dimensional mark or the like onto a surface of an industrial product or the like, which is excellent in workability when giving the mark or the like onto the product surface and is excellent in durability of the mark or the like when used over a long period of time.
      SOLUTION: The three-dimensional pattern sheet 1 is provided with: a synthetic resin layer 2 which has a protrusion 5 formed on its surface and a recessed part 6 formed by following the protrusion 5 on its rear surface; a filler layer 3 which is filled into the recessed part 6 of the synthetic resin layer 2; and an adhesive layer 4 which is laminated onto a rear surface side of the synthetic resin layer 2 except the recessed part 6 and a rear surface side of the filler layer 3. In the three-dimensional pattern sheet 1, it is preferable that the synthetic resin layer 2 is transparent, a colored layer 17 laminated on at least a part of a rear surface of the synthetic resin layer 2 is further provided and the filler layer 3 is made of a foamed resin.
