The carrying mechanism is driven by the controller 131 based on the time set by the timer 138. The carrying mechanism is driven by the controller 131 based on the setting timer 138 when the material is finished by anyone of a material release sensor 132, an after jet sensor 135 and a sensor 136 used just before the molding.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the arrangement of paper bags by a method in which each paper bag is caught surely by each claw part to arrange and feed the bags sent from a bag making machine by actuating a connection mallet, a cam fixed on a driving shaft, and paper sheets by the cam fixed on the driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:Support plates 3, 3 are installed on the both sides of a base 2 located downward, and struts 4, 4 installed on the plates 3, 3 are attached by a bolt 5 to be able to slant. The inclination of the strut 4 can be adjusted optionally by a protrusion 7 which is inserted into a guide channel 6 installed above the plate 3. A fixed plate 10 is placed below the strut 4, and a movable plate 12 which can move vertically is placed above the strut 4. A lift shaft 15 with its lower end attached to the fixed plate 10 is screwed to a screw part 13 installed on one side of the movable plate 12, and a handle 16 installed at the lower end of the lift shaft 15 is turned in order to adjust the movable plate 12 through its vertical movement.

    • PURPOSE:To deliver a container main body with an accurate positional dimension, by mounting a die lower mold for upwardly punching a container, a die upper mold having a hole for prescribing the position of the container provided to the center thereof and a container take-out mechanism falling in said hole to suck the punched container to rise. CONSTITUTION:Containers continuing in a sheet form are punched in a upper direction by a die lower mold 1. The container 02 separated one at a time is restrained in the take-out hole 2a provided to a die upper mold 2 so as to hold a positional dimension to the punched state as it is and, in this state, a suction cup 3 is allowed to fall in the hole 2a by the action of a cylindrical can 14 to suck and raise the container 02 and takes out the same above the die upper mold 2. The raised suction cup 3 horizontally moves by the actions of an index 18 and an arm 17 and, at the same time, the shaft 5 having the suction cup mounted thereto is rotated by moving a plate cam 21 and a lever 19 to bring the container 02 during feed in a horizontal posture to a vertical posture. After horizontal movement is finished, the apparatus of the next process is standing-by to receive the fed container.
