摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for opening a box of a corrugated cardboard sheet which is a simple structure and capable of opening a supplied corrugated cardboard sheet in an angularly tubular shape at a high speed. SOLUTION: The corrugated cardboard sheet W1 supplied to the place just in front of the upstream end of a sandwich conveyor is made to move by only a linear dimension in the conveying direction of the corrugated cardboard case in the direction separating from the sandwich conveyor 1 by sucking and retaining the rear face portion of the corrugated cardboard case with a vacuum pad 21. When this movement is carried out, the lower end of the corrugated cardboard sheet W1 is brought into slide contact with a continually running supporting conveyor 50, the front face portion of the corrugated cardboard case is moved in the lateral direction to make not only the rear face portion W2c but also the front face portion of the corrugated cardboard case face to the corrugated cardboard case inserting space of the sandwich conveyor 1, and the sheet W1 is opened into a rectangular cylinder shape. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling a workpiece 3 to be taken out from a pooling section 2 and a box to be fabricated one by one and the box to be handed over to a conveyance system, which facilitates its size change and enables a box smaller than the maximum-sized one to be treated with a higher efficiency.
SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a first lever arm 7 which is provided with a first swing-movement spindle 8 placed vertically against the conveyance direction, while, leaving some space from the spindle 8, a second swing movement spindle 9 placed parallel to the first swing movement spindle 8 is arranged for a second lever arm 10 holding a hold head 4. With the reference of the swing movement spindle 8, the reversing side of a pooling-delivery section 2 is arranged with an intermediate pooling section 11 enabling the height to be shifted, while the upper section of the conveyance system is equipped with a conveying unit for feeding the workpiece 3 of a flat status to a female mold 12 for molding which jointly works with a male mold 13.
