    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding machine facilitating manufacture of a patterned inorganic board with a specified thicknesses and requiring low cost of equipment.
      SOLUTION: A roll stamper 3 is provided above an extrusion port 2 of a nozzle 1. The roll stamper 3 is pressed on the surface of a sheet-like molded matter 4 of a hydraulic composition extruded from the extrusion port 2 to form a rugged pattern on the surface. A movable plate 5 is arranged opposite to the roll stamper 3 along the lower side of extrusion port 2 in the entire length. The movable plate 5 can be freely moved upward and downward. The clearance between the roll stamper and the movable plate 5 can be adjusted by moving the movable plate 5 upward and downward according to the thickness of the sheet-like material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water permeable sheet from shifting or developing wrinkles by a method wherein the water permeable sheet is gradually and wavily boarded along a suction surface from the middle part of the sheet to its side edge sides. SOLUTION: Three sets of roll groups 7a, 7b and 7c are provided so as to vertically pinch a water permeable sheet 2. The first roll group 7a consists of an upper side roll 71 having one ring-like boarding part 71a and a lower side roll 72 having two ring-like boarding parts 72a apart from each other at an interval of one pitch of the wave form of a suction surface so as to wavily board only the middle part of the water permeable sheet 2. Next, the second roll group 7b wavily boards the middle part and the left and the right part respectively apart from the middle part by one pitch of the water permeable sheet 2. Similarly, the third roll group 7c wavily boards the middle part and the left and the right parts respectively apart from the middle part by two pitches of the water permeable sheet 2. In other words, the boarding is executed from the middle part gradually toward outsides of the sheet, resulting in allowing to prevent the water permeable sheet from shifting or developing wrinkles.

    • PURPOSE:To form continuously in a good shape an uneven pattern on a molded body, by a method wherein at the time of a transfer of an uncured inorganic extrusion molded body by placing the same on a belt running on a supporting rest, an uneven pattern is pressed against the surface of a molded body while keeping a space between the pattern and belt at fixed intervals and the inorganic extrusion molded body is run for the fixed section along with the belt. CONSTITUTION:An uncured inorganic extrusion molded body 3 to be extruded through an extrusion molding machine 1 is transferred by an endless belt 4 running on a supporting rest 7, and passes through a gap between a belt 4 and endless molding elastic band mold 5 running in alignment with the belt 4 at the same speed as that of the belt 4. A plurality of press plates 6 are fitted to an endless closed chain 8 on the inside of the band mold 5 and turned in alignment with the belt 4 at the same speed as that of the belt 4. Then when the press plate 6 is revolved to a part facing on the supporting rest 7, the press plate 6 becomes parallel with the supporting rest 7. The band mold 5 is pressed from the back in the section of a parallel part, a space between the band mold 5 and belt 4 is held at fixed intervals where they are narrower than a thickness of the uncured body 3 to such an extent that they don't exceed the maximum depth of the recessed part of the pattern of a band mold 5 and the uneven pattern is pressed and shaped to the uncured body 3.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent compressed powder from accumulating and fixing on a tooth face, remove the same easily always to be received on a new tooth surface, receive good bitings and releasings and also prevent the power from heating variation end energy loss by specifying unsymmetrical surface constitution of a saw type molding tooth of a roll. CONSTITUTION:A forced feeding surface 4 cut from a surface into the inner section by an angle alpha forming 5-35 deg. from a line C connecting the centers of both molding rolls up to the turning direction is formed, and a compressive molding surface 5 cut from both ends of said forced feeding surface cut to the surface by an angle beta forming 55-85 deg. similarly to the turning direction is formed. A number of saw type forming teeth 6 of inequililateral triangle shape uniformly dividing an outer peripheral surface 7 of the roll are formed by both of said surfaces. As most of the maximum compressive force generated in the center line C direction is applied to the formed surface while only a little compressive force is applied to the forced feeding surface 4, the raw material powder is not retained in the compressive forming section to a molded material S easily. The molding teeth, therefore, are not buried at all to keep always sharp biting.
