    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously mold a hydraulic inorganic green plate with a desired thickness adjusted to a moisture content which enables shape-retaining, at high productivity. SOLUTION: Molding dies 11 with porous bottom plates are installed in a row to form a conveyor 10 and are moved at a synchronized speed to a web filter cloth 20 while the web filter cloth 20 is disposed on the upper faces of the porous bottom plate of the molding dies 11. In addition, hydraulic inorganic slurry is supplied to the surface of the web filter cloth 20 from two material supply devices 31, 32 installed, spaced from each other, above the web filter cloth 20 and the lamellar formation of the slurry is made. Further, the molding dies 11 are sucked by a suction chamber 40 provided through the porous bottom plates of the molding dies 11. In this case, the suction chamber 40 is partitioned into for segments such as a part 41 where the first material supply device is positioned and a part 42 downstream therefrom and a part 41 where the second material supply device is positioned and a part 44 downstream therefrom. Besides, the degree of vacuum of each segment is independently adjusted to adjust the moisture content of the hydraulic inorganic slurry layer in the part corresponding to each segment to the range which enables shape-retaining.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pluck from occurring on a surface of a shaped material in developing by reciprocating developing rolls for shaping to a molding shape on a water permeable sheet while always rotating them in a rolling direction upon movement. SOLUTION: A water permeable sheet 2 and many suction boxes 6 are rotated at the same speed in the same direction, and set to water absorbable and hydratable state through the sheet 2. A raw material is supplied on the sheet 2 between both the rolls 33 while reciprocating a supply unit 3 in a moving range W, and developed by the rolls 33 to the thickness of a molding to be obtained. Excess moisture is absorbed and hydrated through the sheet 2 to continuously obtain a shaped molding 81. The material 81 is further pressed from above by a pressure roll 9 to obtain a molding 8. Since both the rolls 33 are always rotated in the rolling direction upon movement, a frictional resistance between surfaces of the rolls 33 and a surface of the molding 81 is held small in case of development and no pluck occurs to the surface of the obtained shaped material.

    • PURPOSE:To arrange so that a hang piece is not visible from the outside by furnishing a detaining part to be engaged by the book part of the hang piece at the under surface of the eave side end part of a roof tile in such a way as to extend toward the eaves. CONSTITUTION:A recess 11 is furnished at the undersurface of the eave side end part of a roof tile 1, and a detaining part 12 enclosing the recess 11 to the middle on the way and an opining 13 are formed from the undermost part of the ridge side side-wall of this recess 11 toward the eaves. With a hang piece 2 to fix roof tile 1, one end of the body 21 of hang piece is bent in L-form, and a hook part 22 to assume a channel shape is formed in the area to the hang piece body 21. The head of the hook part 22 of this hang piece 2 is inserted in the recess 11 through the opening 13 in the tile 1, and is dislocated a little, and the detaining part 12 is engaged by the hook part 22. Therefore, the tile can be prevented from slipping down toward the eaves.
