    • PURPOSE:To improve the workability to make drill holes on a continues sheet by simultaneously moving a centering sensor and a rotary drill by means of a supporting member with a work piece stopped moving by means of a work presser and performing the centering work for making drill marks by drilling. CONSTITUTION:When a work piece W to be moved is stopped moving, a driving mechanism 19 is driven for moving a suporting member 20. This movement serves a centering sensor 29 to coincide with the drilling work of the work piece W stops the movement. Then, the work piece W is pressed with a work presser 18 by a cylinder 17, and rotary drill 26 moved synchronously with the centering sensor 29 is raised by a cylinder 27, and the centering sensor 29 is also raised by a cylinder 30 for making a hole at the position of the centering mark of the work piece W by means of the rotary drill 26. Since the predetermined drilling to the work piece W is thus performed, even if the work piece W is a continuous sheet, drilling work is possible and workability is improved.

CONSTITUTION:Both first and second valve hole machining devices for valve holes 21 and 22 are rectilinearly set up in a work conveying direction, while a turn table for work turnover use is set up in space between both these machining devices. In addition, there is provided with a work conveying device 4 which conveys a work in a state of being attached to a pallet. On the other hand, also there is provided with a pallet support block 5 which clamps and supports the pallet 6 where a working head 7 and a cylinder head 9 are clamped in a state of having the axis tilted as far as an angle equivalent to 1/2 of a relative tilt angle in these two valve holes 21 and 22 to a machining directional line of the working head 7. In addition, on the turntable, the pallet 6 is turntable as far as 180 deg. with a pallet axis as the center.

The second and fourth machining units 4, 6, machining from both of the left and right side surfaces, are provided with tables 11, 12, sliding along heads 9, 10 fixed onto the base table 1 and disposing frames 15, 16, equipped with tools and the transmitting mechanisms as well as the prime movers 13, 14 for driving them, thereon. The first and third machining units 3, 5 for machining from the front and rear surfaces of the work are constituted by the same manner and are equipped with necessary tools among a drill, a bite, a grindstone and the like while the chips of machining drop onto the conveyor 18 of an oil tank 17.
