SOLUTION: The drilling machine includes at least a rotating support 24 for rotatably supporting a main shaft 23 while axial relative movement is limited for the main shaft 23, a base 20 capable of moving to a working position for machining a material to be machined, and a spindle 25 rotatably provided on the base 20 for supporting the rotating support 24. The spindle 25 relatively moves axially with respect to the rotating support 24, whereby a clearance between a shaft center of the rotating support 24 and a shaft center of the spindle 25 can be varied.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling machine which performs drilling to obtain a smooth machining surface, while imparting relative eccentric motion between a drill and a material to be machined, by combining inexpensive components. SOLUTION: This drilling machine performs drilling for a target material to be machined by transmitting rotary force of a driving motor 9 to a main spindle 23 and rotating the drill 7 mounted on the main spindle 23. The drilling machine has a base part relatively movable to a machining position in relation to the material to be machined. A rotation supporting body 22 rotatably supported on the base part is provided. The main spindle 23 is rotatably supported on the rotation supporting body 22. By driving driving motors 9 and 10, the rotation supporting body 22 and the main spindle 23 are rotated. An axial center β 1 of the rotation supporting body 22 and an axial center α 1 of the main spindle 23 are arranged to be separated from each other in parallel with a prescribed space.
