摘要： PURPOSE:To control the eccentricity of a core by adjusting the spacing between a die and nipple in the stage of forming a coating material by extrusion coating on the core by a conform type extruder. CONSTITUTION:The die 7 is attached to one end of an extruding chamber 6 and is made movable axially by means of a screw attached to a holder 10 for the die 7. A pair of right and left fins 12 which project horizontally toward the axial center and have a triangular sectional shape are axially formed to the inside wall on the side 7 side of the chamber 6. The nipple 8 having a divergent blade 8d on the side face of a circular cylindrical part 8a and a pressure resistant reinforcing piece 8e on the side face on the opposite side is provided to the other end of the chamber 6 and is made axially movable by means of a differential screw attached to a holder 11 for the nipple 8. The spacing between the nipple 8 and the die 7 is increased or decreased to increase or decrease the displacement of the wire in the stage of inserting the core (a) through the nipple 8 into the chamber 6, passing the same through the die 7, introducing the coating material (b) through an introducing path 5 and extruding the composite wire, by which the eccentricity of the core of the composite wire is controlled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To surely and easily perform the brushing and cooling of an extruded container through utilization of a relatively narrow space by providing a brushing head and a nozzle for cooling water to the end part of the device body. CONSTITUTION:In the case of brushing and cooling the inside surface of a container 1, an extruding stem 2 is retreated after the extrusion molding and a brushing cooling system device body 5 is positioned between the extruded container 1 and the extruding stem 2. Thereupon, a brushing head 9 is rotated, and the device body 5 is advanced by operating a cylinder 7 to load the head 9 into the extruded container 1, by which the shell deposited on the inside surface of the container 1 is scraped off. The scraped shells are pushed and discharged to forward of the extruded container 1 by the head 9. At the time retreating the device body 5 next, cooling water and compressed air are injected from the nozzle 25, whereby the inside surface of the extruded container 1 is cooled. It is equally well to perform the injection of cooling water etc. from the nozzle 25 simultaneously at the time of advancing the device body 5.
