摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a required time in a device for inserting a tube stock or a bar stock into a drawing device. SOLUTION: A drawing ring holder 1 is guided so as to slide in the drawing direction and the opposite direction by the distance L corresponding to the suspension length L1 of at least a chain 6 with which a drawing device 5 circulates together with a drawing ring 2. A holding tool 10 mechanically closing and releasing is installed within a holding tool carriage 9, the holding tool carriage 9 is lineally driven in parallel to the drawing direction regardless of the drawing holder 1 to be able to slide between the drawing ring 2 and the drawing device 5, and the tube stock 11 or the bar stock is held between driving rolls 13 in the side wherein it positions against the drawing ring 2 and the drawing device 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To fix the position of the center of the rod even if its diameter changes, and to carry out the wire drawing at high accuracy, by cymmetrically opening and closing and sliding the chucking pieces. CONSTITUTION:The moving block 60 and the booth block 47 are freely slidably jointed. When the moving block 60 slides, the chucking pieces 69, 69, being located within the block 60 so as to mutually movably engage with each other in a comb teeth style, contract their gap 70, and chuck the rod. The rod is chucked and drawn by plural chucking devices 28...; hereupon, the rollers 64 of the chucking devices 28 and the auxiliary press cams 31 are simultaneously jointed; and since these auxiliary press cams 31 are swingably supported by the aligning rollers 38, the cams 31 give the uniform pressure to all rollers 64. When releasing the rod, the rollers 64 are unjointed from the auxiliary press cams 31, the arms 58 are turned by the flat cams 41, and the moving block 60 of the chucking device 28 moves to release the chucking of the chucking piece 69.
