A lining layer 17 is formed when a coating material R is scattered from a discharge opening 12c through a discharge hole 14h and applied on the inner surface 10a of an arched pipe 10. Thus, this pipe lining device is capable of forming the lining layer 17 on the inner surface 10a of the arched pipe 10 without cutting and separating the connection part 7 between the main pipe 2 and the branch pipe 3 from the outside of the room.
