The tubular coil 30 to allow the passing of water is disposed in the space between the barrier 28 and an inside wall A. Aeration steam is introduced from a mattress 38 into the bottom of the space. Part of the steam is sent through a valve 42 to a steam sprayer 27 of the regenerator 10.
