摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing and packaging an object made of a soft plastic material preferably including several individual portions of a fatty product such as butter or margarine wherein the object is manufactured and packaged in an especially simple form and the individual portions are easily removed when necessary. SOLUTION: The fatty product is filled into a packing cover (4) which opens on one of sides by a grid die (31) placed in a product exit channel (14), thereby forming the individual portions which are separated by a separation gap. A push-in part (43) or a groove or the like is led in close proximity of the separation gap by a push-in tool (38).

The cutting frame is formed with a frame part that has a frame internal space 16 allowing the solid dairy product to freely pass through, and provided with a wire 7 stretched in the frame internal space to constitute the cutting edge means. The receiving plate container includes a placing base 10 having a placing surface 9 for placing the solid dairy product, and the placing surface is formed with slits 13 for the wire to pass through. The receiving plate container and the cutting frame are mutually provided with a lateral positioning means 22 positioning the wire and the slit to face each other when the cutting frame moves down toward the receiving plate container, and a longitudinal positioning means 23 fixing the cutting frame in a position where the wire passes through the slit when the cutting frame is completely moved down.
