    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device capable of reducing deviation in core of a guide hole and a die hole of a punch blade by reducing the influence due to deviation in temperature caused between a die frame and a guide frame. SOLUTION: In this punching device 121 having the die frame 312 forming the die hole 313 for guiding the punch blade 301 and punching a paper P by moving the punch blade 301 and letting it pass through the die hole 313, the die frame 312 is provided with a cut-out section C on a face opposing to the direction of conveyance of the paper P to form a lower thin-walled part for reducing thickness for the vertical direction to a downward face 312-1 on the face opposing to the direction of conveyance of the paper P of the die frame 312 and reduce flexural strength from the vertical direction for the downward face 312-1 more than flexural strength from the parallel direction. A heat transfer prevention member 314 having lower thermal conductivity than that of the die frame 312 is provided in a downward inclined part 312-2 to reduce temperature deviation itself.
