SOLUTION: A laminate (1 or 1') comprises a pack wherein metal layers 2 and plastic adhesive layers 3 are arranged alternately and is manufactured under a high temperature and high pressure condition by a method wherein at least a second set of a layer (7 or 7') is stacked on the first set of a layer (8) arranged in a mold to form the pack, at least one set (7 or 7') is formed in a state retracted from the other set (8) at least at one edge part of the pack, an auxiliary element (12) is arranged on the non-retracted set (8) in parallel to the retracted set (7 or 7'), a gap (13) is formed between the retracted set (7 or 7') and the surface (14) of the auxiliary element opposed to the retracted set (7 or 7'), and the temperature and pressure applied to the pack and the auxiliary element (12) are raised so that the binder in the plastic adhesive layers (3) becomes flowable to gather a part of the binder in the retracted set (7 or 7') to the gap (13).
