    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic device capable of reducing manufacturing cost that has excellent manufacturability. SOLUTION: The telescopic device 12 is provided with a first pipe-like body 16, a second pipe-like body 17 movably inserted into the first pipe-like body 16 and a third pipe-like body 18 movably inserted into the second pipe-like body 17. The telescopic device 12 is provided with a restriction means 22 for restricting movement of the third pipe-like body 18 for the second pipe-like body 17. The restriction means 22 has a restriction body 31 for moving in a projecting direction and projecting from an inner hole part 26 to out of the third pipe-like body 18 and entering into an outer hole part 24 and an energizing body for energizing the restriction body 31 in the projecting direction. When the projecting restriction body 31 in a projecting state contacts an axial direction end part 16a of the first pipe-like body 16 in the middle of a contracting action of the telescopic device 12, the restriction body 31 moves in an anti-projecting direction as being pressed by the axial direction end part 16a and then escapes from the outer hole part 24 due to further movement in the anti-projecting direction based on pressing by a circumference edge of the outer hole part 24 of the second pipe-like body 17.
