    • PURPOSE:To attain a light and folded antenna by forming a flexible and conductive clotch in a folded way so as to fit the cloth to a frame. CONSTITUTION:The frame 10 is supported to a center shaft 11 and a joint 15 fitted thereto turnably, and the antenna consists of plural wing bones 12 of a parabolic form, a bracket 13 slidable to the center shaft 10 and plural push-up bones 14 connecting the bracket 13 and the wing bones 12. The conductive cloth 20 is fitted to the wing bones 12 and the entire conductive cloth 20 form a paraboloid of revolution when the antenna is opened. The antenna is folded by sliding the bracket 13 along the center shaft 11 in this way and the volume of the antenna is drecreased at storage and transportation.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a reflector with light weight and excellent compactness by using a mast expanded/contracted in axial direction to tens and expand the peripheral ridge made of flexible thin film being an antenna reflector in a fatial direction and utilizing a bonding wire as a member deciding a curved face of the flexible thin film. CONSTITUTION:A polygonal frame member 10 formed by forming plural number of the masts 12 expanded and contracted in axial direction with a connecting member 11 having a prescribed angle, a flexible conductive thin film whose peripheral is restricted to the frame member 10 to be tensed in fatial direction, and many bonding wires 13, 14 giving a prescribed curved face to the conductive thin film 15 by pulling respectively many parts distributed to the face of the flexible conductive thin film 15 are provided to expand the flexible conductor thin film 15 folded in this way into a prescribed curved face. Thus, the expanded type antenna reflector with light weight, excellent compactness, suitable for large aperture and having high mirror surface accuracy is obtained.
