    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas flow structure and a webbing take-up device capable of securing a gas flow path even when the distance between a gas blowing section and a facing section is restricted.SOLUTION: Plural door portions 56 are formed by sectioning the gas blowing section 54 of the gas generator 50 with slits. In a state in which gas has been generated by the gas generator 50, the plural door portions 56 are divided by the slits and opened towards the outside of the casing body 52. A gas flow path section 60 is connected to a peripheral wall section 48 forming a deployment space 48A permitting opening of the door portions 56. The gas flow path section 60 is provided with an upstream portion 60A which is communicated with the deployment space 48A and formed along a direction orthogonal to the direction of gas blowing from the gas blowing section 54, and an opening portion 60B is provided at the gas inflow side so as to communicate with a space between adjacent door portions 56 when the door portions 56 are in an opened state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein conventional outdoor-installed gas-insulated switching apparatuses have problem with long-term reliability, because the bursting plate of the bursting apparatus as one component is corroded by wetting on a rainy day or the infiltration of humidity or is expanded by icing of its wet portion, thus accelerating the deterioration in the strength in its expanded portion. SOLUTION: Hydrophobic synthetic resin is brought into close contact with an atmospheric-side surface of the bursting plate for blocking a bursting hole formed in the gas-insulated switching apparatus, to prevent the infiltration of rain or humidity into the surface of the bursting plate, thus inhibiting acceleration of corrosion or deterioration of strength for high long-term reliability of the gas insulated switching apparatus.
