    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, a shading correction method, and a program capable of correcting shading characteristics unique to an imaging device.SOLUTION: A focal length is acquired (Step S11). A one-dimensional correction table corresponding to the focal length is acquired from a plurality of stored one-dimensional correction tables (Steps S12, S13, S14, ...). Shading correction is performed using the acquired one-dimensional correction table (Step S15). An arbitrary pixel is selected from main pixels; a correction value corresponding to the position of the selected pixel is read from the acquired one-dimensional correction table for the main pixel; and shading correction is performed on the basis of the correction value and the value of the arbitrary pixel. This processing is performed for all of the main pixels and the sub-pixels. A two-dimensional SD correction unit 67B performs normal shading correction on the data subjected to the shading correction (Step S15), using a two-dimensional correction table (Step S16).

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the distortion in waveforms, especially in the waveform of vertical synchronizing signals, by installing an integrating circuit and a circuit which adds the output signal of an integration correcting circuit so as to negate the distorted waveform in video signals outputted from a clamping circuit.
      CONSTITUTION: An operational amplifier 13 is a normal rotation amplifier and its output becomes a signal which is obtained by amplifying an input signal which is inverted in its voltage proportional to a clamp diode current with a gain determined by resistances 11 and 12. The output signal is integrated by an integral resistance 14 and integral condenser 17 and, moreover, shaped by a corrective resistance 15 and corrective diode 16. An operational amplifier 18 constitutes a voltage follower and gives a high input impedance and low output impedance. The output signal of the operation amplifier 18 passes through a DC cut 4, condensers 19 and a coupling variable resistance 20 and is inputted into an emitter follower circuit formed by a transistor 22. In the emitter follower circuit, the output signal of the amplifier 18 is combined with the output signal of a transistor 5 through a coupling resistance 21 and then outputted through a condenser 24.

    • PURPOSE:To attain restoration to the normal operating state in a short time when a voltage correcting signal having an excessive amplitude is generated, by providing a means limiting the range of amplitude of the voltage correcting signal. CONSTITUTION:A voltage given from an integration circuit 13 is impressed to voltage comparison circuits 25, 26 of a correcting voltage limit circuit 14 and also to an offset voltage correcting circuit 11. The circuit 25 (26) compares a voltage of a signal received from the circuit 13 with a reference voltage V1 (V2), and when the former is higher (lower), a signal of H level is given to a switch circuit 27 (28) as a switching signal and when lower (higher), a signal of L level. The circuit 27 (28) keeps a voltage V3 (V4) set lower (higher) than the voltage V1 (V2) when the received signal is H level, and interrupts the voltage V3 (V4) when L level. When the circuits 27, 28 are interrupted, the signal transmitted from the circuit 13 is given to the circuit 11 as it is. When one of the circuits 27, 28 is in connecting state, the voltage of the circuit 13 is reset forcedly into an amplitude within the voltage limit range.
