Control is performed to supply power to the USB device controller 106 in response to the return of a NACK packet by the one-chip microcomputer 108 with respect to an access from the USB host 15, and also the USB bus switch 109 is controlled to allow the USB host 15 to be connected to the USB device controller 106.
