When dialing is executed with respect to the circuit 1', a DTME signal generated in a DTMF signal generator circuit 4 is transmitted to the circuit 1' side through the circuit 6 and then transmitted to the circuit 1' side through the transformer T21, capacitor C21 and relay contact point rl21. The dialing is executed with respect to the circuit 2'. Thus the DTMF signal generator circuit can be shared, and a single signal transmission circuit can be sufficient, thereby simplifying the circuit.
