摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a tuning frequency while adjusting an oscillation frequency without muting output.SOLUTION: A tuning circuit comprises a pair of inductors 12, 14 and a variable capacitance part 30 for tuning. A tuning frequency is adjusted by changing capacitance of the variable capacitance part 30 for tuning, and a band-limited tuning signal is obtained from a received signal. The tuning circuit further comprises an oscillation inductor 36, a variable capacitance part 38 for oscillation, and a control part 32. The oscillation inductor 36 causes a current corresponding to the tuning signal to flow. The variable capacitance part 38 for oscillation adjusts an oscillation frequency of a system including the oscillation inductor 36. In the control part 32, while changing the capacitance of the variable capacitance part 38 for oscillation in accordance with a desired tuning frequency, the oscillation frequency is adjusted to capacitance corresponding to the desired tuning frequency, and the capacitance of the variable capacitance part for tuning is adjusted in accordance with the adjusted capacitance of the variable capacitance part 38 for oscillation.

Furthermore, the source and drain of the P-channel MOS transistor 110 is commonly connected to the source and drain terminal 123 and is set to the same potential as the source and drain terminal 123. Between the source and drain terminal 123 and the substrate terminal 125, a first voltage source 130 is so connected that the substrate terminal 125-side may be a positive potential.
