    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish an offset correction apparatus which is capable of performing offset correction, without requiring frequent refresh, while absorbing offset variation in small circuit scale.
      SOLUTION: In an operational amplifier circuit 1, a switch element S1 is closed and a switch element S2 is opened. A latch circuit DL latches an output voltage of an operational amplifier 1a and performs Q outputting corresponding thereto, and a control circuit 2a inputs a signal s1 for offset correction to an offset control input terminal OR of the operational amplifier 1a. An output voltage thus offset-corrected is further latched by the latch circuit DL and the signal s1 for offset correction is to be precisely controlled for correcting remaining offset. Thus, the offset of the output voltage of the operational amplifier 1a is quantized while being weighted in accordance with the number of times of the latched output voltage at that time, and is stored within the control circuit 2a as a binary logic signal.

The outputs 14 and the outputs 18 are connected to a plurality of output selection circuits (#1 to #n) 20, which select either of signals outputted from the two output circuits 14 adjacent to each other and provide outputs of the selected signals to the output terminals 12. The other outputs 18 of the output circuits (#1 to #n+1) 16 are connected to a discrimination circuit 30, which compares the signal 18 with a reference voltage, outputs a discrimination signal to an output 40 in response to a result of the comparison in a prescribed timing, and the output circuits 16 carry out offset canceling in response to the output 40.
