    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement mechanism capable of suppressing backlash of a mobile body driven by using a vibrating body.SOLUTION: A plurality of rolling bodies are inserted between a pair of first grooves formed on a supporting body side and a pair of second grooves formed on a moving body side and facing the first grooves, and two columns of moving axes including the rolling bodies and parallel to a moving direction are constituted. Two moving axes are arranged by being separated in a direction crossing a direction in which the supporting body and the moving body are facing (a facing direction). A direction in which the first grooves and the second grooves are facing crosses the facing direction. A positional relation of the first grooves and the second grooves is reversed between one of the two columns of the moving axes and the other. A direction in which the vibrating body is energized to either one of the supporting body or the moving body is tilted in reference to a moving plane including the two columns of the moving axes. Thus, since the rolling bodies are sandwiched by the first grooves and the second grooves at either of the two columns of the moving axes, it becomes possible to suppress backlash of the moving body.
