摘要： PURPOSE:To realize economical and automated printing control of patient data, by providing a discriminating signal corresponding to the patient file to a printing medium. CONSTITUTION:A paper is inserted into an OCR33, and an alphaN output device 31 is driven. Then the ID code and alphanumeric plus the code of katakana (Japanese syllabary) region are read out of a memory 22, and then the alphanumeric and katakana are printed by a type printer 21. After this, the printing paper 10' is inserted through an OCR36 and a Chinese character output device 34 is driven. The code of an ID part 11' is read and fed to a CPU20, and the Chinese character code data corresponding to a Chinese character region 12 within the memory 22 is read. Then a Chinese character file 35 is retrieved and printed at the prescribed position read out through the OCR36 by a dot type Japanese printer 23.
