    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing capability of a whole multiprocessor system, in a heterogeneous multiprocessor system having a plurality of processor elements different in command sets and constitutions. SOLUTION: Executable tasks are extracted based on a dependency relation of a plurality of preset tasks (91), a plurality of first processors are assigned to general-purpose processor groups based on the dependency relation of the extracted task, and a second processor is assigned to an accelerator group. A task to be assigned is determined from the extracted task based on the preset priority of each task, and the execution cost when the determined task is executed by the first processors is compared with the execution cost when the task is executed by the second processor (92).
