SOLUTION: A designation data evacuation means 10b evacuates data stored in a volatile memory 14 backupped by a battery 15 to a nonvolatile memory 16 needing no battery in data name units, and makes the nonvolatile memory 16 store them. At that time, a generation management means stores a data name and time information together with the evacuated data. An individual data restoration means 10c selects the data stored in the nonvolatile memory 16 needing no battery on the basis of the data name and the time information, and restores them to the volatile memory 14 backupped by the battery 15. The backupped data can be taken in the data name units, and the time information is stored together with the backupped data, so that the generation management of the backupped data can be performed.
