    • PURPOSE: To shorten a waiting time for preparations, and to elevate the efficiency, by constituting a system so that other control shaft than a shaft controlled by an automatic operation can be moved by a manual mode, in the course of an automatic operation mode by a machine tool which is provided with a multitable.
      CONSTITUTION: Auto/manual is set to every shaft by operating an auto/manual changeover switch provided on each shaft on a manual operation panel 106. When a move command from an NC command tape 101 is provided to a pulse distributing circuit 103 through a controlling circuit 102, the circuit 103 executes maximum simultaneous 5 shafts, and outputs distributing pulses XPWB1P to a switching circuit 109. Since each contact of switches S1WS5 of the circuit 109 is connected to the auto terminal side, the move command drives SMXMWBM1 through a servo- motor SM controlling circuit. When a job button, etc. of the operation panel 106 are operated, distributing pulses A2P, B2P are generated from a distributing panel 108, and SmAM2, BM2 are driven through a contact of the manual control side of switches S6, S7, so that the preparation work can be executed manually by keeping pace with working by the automatic operation.

    • PURPOSE: To realize a shift of a tool in the indexing direction through manual and simultaneous double-axis control, by indexing the tool axial direction to the tool work based on the degree of revolution of the tool or work.
      CONSTITUTION: Based on a shift command given from a command tape 101, an interpolator 102 executes a pulse distribution operation to produce the distribution pulse to each of X, Y and Z axes puls a B axis in the direction of vertical revolution and a C axis in the direction of horizontal revolution, respectively. These pulses are supplied to corresponding servo circuits 108W112, respectively. The distribution pulses for drive of the B and C axes are also supplied to a manual pulse distributing circuit 104, and the present revolving positions θ and ϕ of directions of B and C axes of a tool are stored in a reversible counter of the circuit 104. In case the tool receives a manual work process, a manual pulse generator 103 is operated to produce N units of pulse Hp. Thus equations (1)'W(3)' are calculated through the circuit 104, and ΔXp-, ΔYp- and ΔZp-units of pulses are generated in each axial direction of X, Y and Z respectively to be applied to circuits 108W110 via adders 105W107. Thus motors 113W117 are driven to shift the tool axis toward a desired direction.
