    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording form sheet enabling double surface printing in the case of printing through suppressing curl and wave to be produced just after printing, suppressing curl and wave to be produced after leaving as it is and drying, improving unevenness in image and usable for both an inject recording method and an electrophotography recording method, and to provide an image recording method using the recording form sheet. SOLUTION: The recording form sheet has as the raw material at least cellulose pulp. The water retention value C of the sheet indicated by the following formula (1) is 50-100% and the wet tensile strength retention R in the CD direction of the sheet indicated by the following formula (2) is 5-20%.
