    • PURPOSE:To produce speedily splicers which has performance superior to conventional performance in large quantities and at low cost by laminating plural sheets. CONSTITUTION:High-purity alumina is used as a raw material and 8-12wt% mixture of an organic binder and a plasticizer is added to the alumina raw material. Methyl alcohol is used as a solvent and they are mixed by a ball mill for 15-20hr to form a green sheet. Then, a sheet A5, a sheet B6, and a sheet C7 are punched from said flexible green sheet, and those three sheets are laminated. Then, this green sheet laminate is calcined. The three green sheets are sintered in one body by high-temperature calcination and its mechanical strength is exactly equal to conventional ceramic parts.
