Then, a dot having a frequency more than the frequency corresponding to the input display condition value is displayed on the display device 2 as a scattergram 3. Accordingly, the user freely changes the display condition value through the input means (4 and 5), and in accordance with the change, a dot display range of the scattergram can be changed.

摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for quantifying a cell of interest, which can quantify the cell of interest accurately in the separation of the cell of interest that is suspected to be contained in a blood-derived sample from the blood-derived sample and the quantification of the cell of interest, without underquantifying the number of the cell of interest due to the loss of the cell of interest during a period between a time point immediately after the collection of blood and a time point at which the cell of interest is separated or without quantifying the number of the cell of interest inaccurately due to the inaccurate adjustment of a device for detecting the cell of interest. The quantification method according to the present invention is a method for quantifying the cell of interest that has a specific gravity larger than that of a plasma but smaller than that of an erythrocyte, said method being characterized by comprising: (A) a step of separating a blood-derived sample containing a known number (P0) of resin particles (P) each having a specific gravity larger than that of a plasma but smaller than that of an erythrocyte into at least two layers, i.e., a layer containing erythrocytes and a layer containing no erythrocyte, by a density-gradient centrifugation method; (B) a step of extracting the layer containing no erythrocyte and counting the number of the cell of interest and the number (P1) of the resin particles in the layer; and (C) a step of multiplying the number of the cell of interest by a P0/P1 value to correct the number of the cell of interest.
