    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-embedded structure having improved adhesiveness between a pipe forming a flow channel and a metal member and a method for manufacturing the structure.SOLUTION: The pipe-embedded structure 1 consists of a pipe 10 made of metal or alloy which has a cross section having a circular outer periphery, a substrate 11 having a concavity 11a, which is to be fitted with the pipe 10 and which has an inner wall abutting against a part of the outer periphery of the pipe, in which the ratio of the height h of the part of the pipe protruding from the top surface 11b to the curvature radius R of the outer periphery h/R is 0.3 or more and 0.7 or less, and a deposited layer 12 which is formed by spraying powders of metal or alloy in the solid state accelerated with a gas onto the surfaces of the pipe 10 and the substrate 11 with the concavity 11a being fitted with the pipe 10.
