    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize temperature distribution within a furnace body without lowering thermal efficiency.SOLUTION: A heating furnace includes an object space 212a where a sintered object is arranged, the furnace body 212 surrounding the object space, one or a plurality of sealed gas heaters each including an inflow port making fuel gas flow into the body, a combustion chamber burning the flow-in fuel gas, a lead-out part to which exhaust gas generated by burning is led, a radiation surface conducting radiant heat to the exhaust gas circulating the lead-out part or the sintered object heated by being burnt in the combustion chamber, and an exhaust port exhausting exhaust gas heating the radiation surface to the outside of a body, and arranged in the furnace body, and an exhaust heat conduction part (heat insulating pipe 222a) communicating with the exhaust port of the sealed gas heater to guide the exhaust gas therein. The exhaust heat conduction part is disposed in one of parts other than a radiation space 212b formed between the sealed gas heater and the sintered object arranged in the object space to conduct the radiant heat to the sintered object in the furnace body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal efficiency by preventing temperature decrease of a roller supporting a conveyer.SOLUTION: A continuous heating furnace 200 is provided with: a conveyer 210 which is endlessly stretched and conveys an object to be fired; a furnace body 212 which surrounds part or all of the conveyer and forms a firing space; a roller 214 which supports part of the conveyer in the furnace body; one or more closed type gas heaters each comprising an inflow hole through which fuel gas flows into a heater body, a combustion chamber in which the fuel gas is burned, a lead-through part through which exhaust gas is led, a radiation surface which is heated by the exhaust gas flowing through the lead-through part or the burning in the combustion chamber and transfers radiant heat to the object to be fired, and an exhaust hole through which the exhaust gas that has heated the radiation surface is discharged to the outside of the heater body, and each being disposed in the furnace body; and an exhaust pipe 216 which communicates with the exhaust hole of the closed type gas heater and to which the exhaust gas is led. The exhaust pipe enables heat exchange between the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust pipe and the roller.
