    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely dry all of objects while reducing a time necessary for drying in a drying device for drying the objects by utilizing microwave. SOLUTION: In a front-stage unit 20 as the drying device, four irradiation zones 31-34 are formed in a main body casing 21. Tray units 10 are respectively received in each of the irradiation zones 31-34 one by one. In each tray unit 10, four conveying trays 14 are vertically arranged. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) powder in a wet state is loaded on each conveying tray 14. In the front-stage unit 20, the tray units 10 successively move from the first irradiation zone 31 to the forth irradiation zone 34. The microwave is irradiated to each conveying tray 14 of the tray unit 10 from a left part in the first irradiation zone 31, from a back part in the second irradiation zone 32, from a front part in the third irradiation zone 33, and from a right part in the forth irradiation zone.
