    • PURPOSE:To improve the heat efficiency by using together a heat generating panel and an infrared ray reflecting panel. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating panel 3 the rear surface of which is insulated and an aluminum reflection plate 5 are coupled to each other by a hinge 6. The reflection plate 5 and the heat generating panel 3 are fixed in a substantially rectangular positioned relationship by a stopper 7. A body of a person or a part thereof is positioned and used in a space 8 to be heated, which is encircled by the heat generating panel 3 and the reflection plate 5. Accordingly, not only radiant energy reaches the person's body 8 but the thermic rays dispersed in a room are reflected by the reflection plate 5 and reaches the body 9 from different angles. Therefore, the ratio of radiant energy from the panel heater reaching the person's body is increased.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a safety of an electric stove without reducing a warm characteristic, expand a range of expansion of warm condition and make a surface-like glittering and beautiful unit by a method wherein a radiation heat of a heater is passed through a space while the heat is reflected against a wall surface of the cell part of honeycomb member. CONSTITUTION:Infrared ray including visible light radiated from a hot radiation heater 7 is operated such that its part is advanced straight through the cell part 8b of aluminum honeycomb member 8 and the other part is passed through the cell 9b while it is reflected at the wall surface of the cell part 8b. Therefore, an entire surface of the aluminum honeycomb member 8 arranged at a front surface of the hot radiation heater 7 shows a glittering and beautiful appearance, gives a warm characteristic, prevents a longitudinal loss of the radiation heat in the heater 7 and generates an expansion toward the direction perpendicular to that of the beam. With the foregoing, an antire surface of the metallic hoenycomb member shows a glittering and beautiful appearance, prevents a radiation heat of the longitudinal direction, generates an expansion of the heat in a perpendicular direction and can heat the foot from the lateral part. The heater is protected by fine metallic hoenycomb member, prevents a human finger or combustibles from being directly contacted with the member, resulting in ensuring a high safety of the unit.

    • PURPOSE:To terminate an energization of a heater and prevent fire in case that combustible are approached to the front part of the heater by a method wherein bi-directional shape memory alloy for sensing an increased temperature of the object to the heated by the heater and a switch for turning on or off the heater in cooperation with the sensing of the shape memory alloy are provided. CONSTITUTION:A stove casing 1 having a front opening is provided with a front reflection plate 2 directed forward, a heater 3 positioned at the front part of the front reflection plate 2 and a guard 4 fixed to the front opening of the stove casing 1. At the central front part of the front reflection plate 2 is provided a bi-directional shape memory alloy 7 mounted in such a way as its one end is fixed to the left side plate 5 and the other end can be passed through the right side plate 6, and the switch 8 of self-returning contact type is turned under an extension or retraction of the bi- directional shape memory alloy 7. Therefore, in case that the object is approached to the front part of the guard 4, an increased temperature of the object is detected, an energization for the heater 3 is terminated under an extension or retraction of the bi-directional shape memory alloy 7 and thus an ignition of the object can be prevented.
