    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle provided with a HST in which the desired vehicle speed can be reached and lower fuel consumption can be achieved.SOLUTION: A control device used in a hydrostatic transmission vehicle which is provided with a hydrostatic transmission has a vehicle speed set section, a low rotation matching rotation frequency set section, and a pump/motor capacity control section. The vehicle speed set section obtains a set vehicle speed based on a forward/backward travelling instruction and a speed stage instruction instructed by an operator. The low rotation matching rotation frequency set section sets an engine rotation frequency to a predetermined partial rotation frequency set lower than a high idle rotation frequency in the case the set vehicle speed is present in a low/middle speed range set in advance. The pump/motor capacity control section controls the respective capacities of a variable displacement pump and a variable displacement hydraulic motor based on the set vehicle speed such that the speed of the vehicle can reach the vehicle speed set in the vehicle speed set section even though the engine rotates at the partial rotation frequency.
