    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling tool capable of eliminating wasteful consumption of a cutting fluid by automating the supply of the cutting fluid from a tank. SOLUTION: The drilling tool comprises a drilling blade 2 moving up and down with respect to the surface to be drilled S of the applicable material, the tank 14 for the cutting fluid installed over the blade 2, an outflow hole 16 in communication with the tank 14 from which 16 the cutting fluid flows out, a valve element 18 to open and close the outflow hole 16 while it moves in the vertical direction with respect to the outflow hole 16, and a pipe 20 constituting a flow passage for guiding to the blade 2 the cutting fluid having flowed out of the outflow hole 16. The pipe 20 makes vertical motions interlocking with the vertical motions of the blade 2. When having moved upward, the pipe 20 lifts the valve element 18 so as to close the outflow hole 16.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save oil by smoothly opening and closing a valve orifice 25 of an oil supply pipe 24 by a simple opening/closing structure to automate the supply of the oil.SOLUTION: An oil supply pipe 24, a valve element 26 and a center pin 21 are arranged on a rotational center line 4a with respect to an inner pipe 10 of a holder 4, and the inner pipe 10, the center pin 21 and the valve element 26 can be reciprocally moved in the direction of the rotary center line 4a with respect to the oil supply pipe 24. At an approach movement position P where a cutter mounting part 11 approaches the oil supply pipe 24, a shaft 27 of the valve element 26 is supported to a pressure reception part 14 of the inner pipe 10 of the holder 4 by an elastic force by a compression coil spring 29, and an opening/closing part 28 of the valve element 26 closes the valve orifice 25 of the oil supply pipe 24. In a separation movement position where the cutter mounting part 11 separates from the oil supply pipe 24, the shaft 27 of the valve element 26 is supported to the upper end 21a of the center pin 21 by the elastic force by the compression coil spring 29 instead of the support by the pressure reception part 14 of the inner pipe 10, and the opening/closing part 28 of the valve element 26 opens the valve orifice 25 of the oil supply pipe 24.

    • PURPOSE:To remove dust while perform oiling automatically by making a through-hole for passing and immersing a wirerope into oil through the wall face of oil pot while providing a scraper contacting against the wirerope to remove dust at the outside of the through-hole. CONSTITUTION:Seal boxes 11, 11' are provided above and below of an oil pot 5 for filling oil and fitted such that through-holes 14, 14' for sliding the packings 13, 13' relatively against a wirerope 3 are made at the inside. While a pair of scrapers 16 are arranged while inclining against the rotary shaft of respective motor 17 at the outside of one seal box 11'. Upon winding of wirerope 3, each scraper 16 will rotate along the strand of wirerope 3 to remove dust adhered to the wirerope 3. Thereafter, the wirerope 3 is led into an oil pot 5 to be applied with oil 4 and sealed at the labyrinth section formed in the through-hole 14.
