    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling tool capable of eliminating wasteful consumption of a cutting fluid by automating the supply of the cutting fluid from a tank. SOLUTION: The drilling tool comprises a drilling blade 2 moving up and down with respect to the surface to be drilled S of the applicable material, the tank 14 for the cutting fluid installed over the blade 2, an outflow hole 16 in communication with the tank 14 from which 16 the cutting fluid flows out, a valve element 18 to open and close the outflow hole 16 while it moves in the vertical direction with respect to the outflow hole 16, and a pipe 20 constituting a flow passage for guiding to the blade 2 the cutting fluid having flowed out of the outflow hole 16. The pipe 20 makes vertical motions interlocking with the vertical motions of the blade 2. When having moved upward, the pipe 20 lifts the valve element 18 so as to close the outflow hole 16.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental unit constituted so as to simplify the operation labor of a dentist.
      SOLUTION: The dental unit has a unit table on which a treatment tool is placed and an astral lamp for illuminating the oral cavity of a patient. The unit table can be moved between a treatment position drawn near to the vicinity of the patient and a retreat position kept away from the patient and is arranged in the same direction as the center axial line in the longitudinal direction of a patient's chair at the treatment position. The unit table and the astral lamp are mutually set to a relative positional relation wherein the astral lamp is present at a predetermined irradiation position illuminating the mouth of the patient when the unit table is set at the treatment position. Further, both of them are mutually connected so as to be moved between the predetermined irradiation position and the retreat position of the astral lamp without changing the relative positional relation when the unit table is moved between the retreat position and the treatment position.

      SOLUTION: This invention relates to the drilling tool having a blade for drilling in a workpiece. The drilling tool 1 includes: a blade driving device 6 for driving the blade 2 in rotation; an oil feeder 10 having an electromagnetic pump 8 for feeding oil to the knife edge of the blade 2; and a control part 12 for controlling the blade driving device 6 and the oil feeder 10. The control part 12 causes the electromagnetic pump 8 manually operated with a first voltage while the blade is not rotated, and automatically operates the electromagnetic pump 8 with a second voltage lower than the first voltage interlocking with the blade driving device 6 when the blade 2 is rotated by the blade driving device 6.

      SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the method for joining metallic plates with each other. According to the method, a projecting portion (6) is provided on one surface (6b) of a first metallic plate (2), and the portion (8) of the first metallic plate (2) having no projection is folded back by 180° in the direction opposite to the projecting portion (6) so as to cover the back face side (6a) of the projecting portion (6) of the first metallic plate (2), in other words, so as to cover the portion where appearance is spoiled by holes or weld burning, etc. Further, a second metallic plate (4) is prepared, and a through-hole (10) is formed on the second metallic plate (4) in order to insert the projecting portion (6) thereinto. Next, the projecting portion (6) is inserted into the through-hole (10), and then the projecting portion (6) inserted into the through-hole (10) is connected to the metallic plate (4) in the state that the second metallic plate (4) is pressed against the first metallic plate (2).
