    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight while highly accurately controlling a flow rate of a fluid, in a flow rate control apparatus.SOLUTION: The flow rate control apparatus 10 is equipped with a valve mechanism 20, which is capable of controlling a flow rate of a pressure fluid that flows from a second port 16 to a first port 12. Second stopper walls 110a and 110b are formed on a seating section 100 of a needle valve 24 constituting the valve mechanism 20 and which is capable of advancing and retracting in an axial direction. In addition, in a total valve-closed state when the seating section 100 of the needle valve 24 is seated on a seat 50 of a first body 14, the second stopper walls 110a and 110b come into abutment and are stopped in a circumferential direction of the needle valve 24 with respect to first stopper walls 54a and 54b of the first body 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluctuation of a flow rate due to carelessness of a user.
      SOLUTION: A flow rate control valve comprises a housing 11 forming a valve port 13, a needle valve 60 which is movable to a valve seat 16 in the housing, and a flow rate adjusting knob 40 mounted on an base end of the needle valve extended from the housing. The needle valve is moved to the valve seat by turning the flow rate adjusting knob. In the flow rate control valve adjusting a flow rate of fluid flowing through the valve port, the flow rate adjusting valve has a knob fixing means 35 for fixing turning of the flow rate adjusting knob. Further, a seal adjusting means 20 for adjusting a sealing state between the housing and needle valve is provided. The seal adjusting means can be formed as a part of the housing, and can be fixed on the housing by a fixing pin 15.

      SOLUTION: A flow rate control valve 10 comprises a housing 11 forming a shaft hole 14 and a valve port 13 interconnected with the shaft hole 14, a needle valve 60 moving in the shaft hole to a valve seat between the shaft hole and valve port, and a flow rate adjusting knob 40 mounted on a base end of the needle valve extended from the housing. The needle valve is moved to the valve seat by turning the flow rate adjusting knob. The flow rate control valve 10 adjusting the flow rate of fluid flowing in the valve port comprises a first valve element 67 arranged on a pointed head of the needle valve, and a second valve element 65 extended from an end face 67a of the first valve element. A sectioned surface of the first valve element is greater than the sectioned surface of the second valve element, the end face of the first valve element can be brought into contact with a valve seat 16 between the shaft hole and valve port when the flow rate control valve is closed, and the second valve element is inserted into the valve port.
