    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head fixation mechanism for preventing loosening of a screw member and maintaining a properly tuned state in long term use without complicating an assembly process of a drum.SOLUTION: A head fixation mechanism 1 comprises: a fixture 10 fixed to a body part 110; and a connection member 30 which is screwed to the fixture 10, in which the connection member 30 has: a head part which presses a head 120; a shank which is screwed to the fixture 10; a body in which an insertion hole extending in an axial direction is formed; and an insertion member which is screwed to the body in the insertion hole. The bottom of the insertion hole is formed at the shank, the shank is divided in a circumferential direction, a slit with width smaller than an inner diameter of the insertion hole is formed, the insertion member is formed in a tapered shape, and an outer diameter of the tip of the insertion member is formed as smaller than the width of the slit.
