    • PURPOSE:To save energy by allowing any oil discharged from a small capacity pump to join a large capacity variable pump circuit, and connecting a hydraulic circuit for effecting load sense control to the small capacity pump. CONSTITUTION:A relief valve 20 and a directional changeover valve 22 are provided on a branch path connecting a discharge side line of a small capacity pump 12 and a tank to each other, and one port of the directional changeover valve 22 is connected to the discharge side line of a large capacity variable pump 11 via a chech valve 23. In addition, a relief valve 24 having a vent port connected to the discharge side line of the large capacity variable pump 11 is connected with the branch path. Hereby, the small capacity discharge pump 12 on the constant discharge side can also be made possible to effect load sense control as well as discharge oil from the small capacity pump 12 can be made possible to join the discharge oil of the large capacity variable discharge pump 11. Thus, energy can be saved furthermore.
