SOLUTION: The travelling system includes two variable-displacement pumps having the same maximum displacement, right and left travelling spools for regulating the flow rate toward the side of a travelling motor via right and left travelling operation pedals, at least one or more spools for working devices for regulating the flow rate toward the working devices via a joy stick for operating the working devices, a main control valve, composed of a travelling linear spool, which is used in the case of operating the travelling device and the working device at the same time, an operation recognition sensing device for generating the electric signal by detecting the existence or absence of the operation of the travelling pedal, a working operation recognition sensing device for generating the electric signal by detecting the operation of the joy stick for operating the working devices, and a mode selecting device for selecting the specific mode.
