    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement system of a machine unit, very effective not only in the reliability of a whole machine but also from a standpoint of maintainability by further simplifying the arrangement of a compressor unit and an expander unit. SOLUTION: Low-pressure side and high-pressure side compressors 11A, 11b are separated in two and arranged on the opposite sides of a steam turbine 10. Low-pressure side and high-pressure side expanders 12A, 12B are separated in two and arranged outside of the low-pressure side and high-pressure side compressors 11A, 11b. The steam turbine 10, the low-pressure side and high-pressure side compressors 11A, 11b and the low-pressure side and high-pressure side expanders 12A, 12B are connected with one another by the rotor shaft formed of a single shaft and torque distribution at each rotor shaft is optimized.
