    • PURPOSE:To enhance the suction and discharge efficiency by making the suction path in a bent form with wide suction port, forming the discharge path straight, and by pressing a swinging member against a slide plate for acqusition of self- sealing. CONSTITUTION:A mouthpiece 19 furnished in the discharge path in a swinging member 10 is pressed against a slide plate 17, mounted at the inside of the casing 7 on the discharge pipe side 4, through the action of the discharge pressure, and at the same time the discharge pressure will act from the discharge pipe 4 upon the central line of a sliding member 10 at the rear of a round hole 13. Thus the swinging member 10 is put under guidance and pressed against another slide plate 16 at the inside of the casing 7 on the concrete cylinder 1 side without reception of the force of moment. Thus a sufficient self-sealing effect is obtained to assure enhancement of the suction and discharge efficiency.
