    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that presses a plurality of circuit contacts mounted on a microcircuit package. SOLUTION: The actuator has a frame having a top surface and a bottom face opposite the top surface. The frame has two edge slots and each slot intersects the top surface at the opposite edges. A load foot is held to apply a force to the microcircuit by the bottom face of the frame. Two latch components respectively attached in the two edge slots of the frame is movable between a latch position and a latch releasing position in the two edge slots of the frame. Each latch component holds the edge of an aligning plate at the latch position and releases the position plate at the latch releasing position. A driving component mounted on the top surface of the frame receives the force of manual operation to converts the received force into a force applied to the latch components.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve secure locking without being affected by a layout of respective parts.SOLUTION: A storage device 1 which has a storage device body 2 and an opening/closing member 4 rotatably pivoted around an opening/closing center part provided on one side is provided with a lock mechanism 13 on the other side of the storage device body 2 and an opening part 3. The lock mechanism 13 includes a lock member 16, a lock release button 17, a cam mechanism 18, and an energizing member 19. The lock member 16 is a rotary member 22 which can rotate around a lock rotary shaft part 21. The opening/closing member 4 has a pressure reception part 52, which is pushed out in an opening direction 23 by the lock member 16 having been rotated in a lock release direction, on its inner surface side.
