The highest point of the casing 7 on the side of the non-contact surface 1a is set as high as/lower than the highest points of upper ends of the plurality of ribs 3, 4, 5 and 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply pressure to concrete before solidifying so as to make a smooth face without a flaw by constituting an external plate out of transparent substance, and enabling a part where a defect begins to appear to be observed.
      SOLUTION: A frame 2 vertically holds a wooden supporting structure 4 as one part of a wall enclosure, and an enclosure external plate 6 is fitted to the wooden supporting structure 4. The enclosure external plate 6 is made of polycarbonate plastics of glass transparent body, and it is formed into crackproof, shock resisting, and scratching resisting plastics. By adhering the same substance onto the transparent enclosure external plate 6, or integratedly molding it to provide a projecting belt, and an observing groove can be formed against a smooth face concrete face. Further for the supporting structure 4, a steel frame and the like can be used. Hereby, while a smooth face concrete wall is poured, the smooth concrete face can be observed, and the enclosure external plate capable of being pressurized by a vibrator before solidification of concrete and formed into a smooth face without a flaw can be obtained.
