    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure having an uneven pattern on a surface though the surface is coated with an elastic coating material and put into a jointless state, which dispenses with the huge cost of coating labor, and which hardly causes variations in finished design.SOLUTION: This wall structure includes a wall material, an elastic joint treatment material, a mesh-like body, and the elastic coating material. The wall material has a surface provided with the uneven pattern having a difference of elevation between a deepest portion and a topmost one set to be in the range of 2.0-4.0 mm and having a pattern loss ratio set at 15% or less. A side end of the wall material is fixed in the state of butting against a side end of another wall material. The elastic joint treatment material coats a surface of a butt portion of the side end of the wall material, and the elastic coating material coats the whole surface of the wall material and that of the elastic joint treatment material. The uneven pattern of the surface of wall is formed by coating the uneven pattern of the wall material with the elastic coating material, and the amount of the elastic coating material is 2-6 kg/m.

The sheet (3) of gypsum board base paper travels under tension on the cradle (30), which contacts the undersurface of the sheet of gypsum board base paper. The cradle has an opening (32) right under the wheel blade. The opening releases the undersurface of the sheet of gypsum board base paper downward.
