When the magnetic unit 16 is removed from the space section 12, a suction force is generated between the permanent magnets 10-1, 10-2 so that the permanent magnet 10-2 is shifted toward the upper section and the distance in the space section 12 is reduced by resisting the energy of the spring 14. As a result, at the time of the reciprocating motion of the permanent magnets, the magnets can be prevented from coming in impulsive contact with each other and the work for noiseless driving fit piles can be executed.
