    • 従来の空圧式起伏ゲートにおいては、1列のアンカーボルトと押え板が空気袋の開いた辺と繋留板の計3枚のゴム引布を押える構造のため押え付けが不完全になりやすい上に、扉体が起立したときに繋留板と空気袋が押え板の下流の縁を上方に持ち上げるように作用するので密閉が不完全になり漏気が発生しやすい。またこれに対処するために押え板やボルトを増やすなど構造を複雑にするとアンカーボルトの増し締めが困難になるという問題があった。この発明の空圧式起伏ゲートでは、繋留板と空気袋の間に中押え板を介在させて1個のナットによる押え付けが均等に分布し、かつ永続性の優れた構造とすると同時に押え板の上・下流の縁を繋留板と空気袋の方に突起させてアンカーボルトが上流の縁の突起を支持点として下流の縁の突起を繋留板と空気袋に強く押し付ける構造として下流の縁の持ち上げ作用に抵抗するようにした。この構造は、ナットの増締の作業性にも優れている。

    • PURPOSE:To adjust the height of a weir to a proper value, by providing a drain pipe, having the one end open to a weir body and the other end open in an air tank, a water discharge pipe having the one end open in the air tank and the other end open in water on the upper stream side, and an air supplying pipe having the one end opened in the air tank and the other end opened to the intermediate height of water level when a weir body rises. CONSTITUTION:An excessive pressure preventing device for a bagform weir comprises a weir body 1, an air tank 6, a drain pipe 5, having the one end connected to the weir body 1 and other end open in the air tank 6, a discharge pipe 7, having the one end open to the interior of the air tank 6 and the other end connected to flow water of a river on the upper stream side of the weir body 1 and open to a portion deep in water, and an air feed pipe 8 having the one end in the air tank 6 and the other end open in water of a river on the upper stream side of the weir body 1 and to the intermediate height of a water level prevailing when the weir body 1 rises. When the weir body 1 rises, the excessive pressure preventing device decreases an amount of water pouring in the weir body 1 to improve economical efficiency, and pours a proper amount of flow water to the weir body 1 depending upon a water level on the upper stream to adjust the height of a weir to a proper value.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of accident with a baggy dam by using a system in which water of dewfall, etc., in a dam is discharged through a water discharge box and a water discharge tube to river downstream of the dam in such a way as to prevent the inflow of water from the downstream river into the dam by means of the water staying in the water discharge box and tube. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a water discharge box 6, a water discharge tube 7, and a water inducer 11 are fully filled with water, air is charged into a dam 1 to cause the dam 1 to rise. When the water level of upstream river reaches the top of the dam 1, the pressure of air in the dam 1 reaches the lowest air pressure, and thereby the water level in the water discharge box 6 is lowered to near the bottom (a) under water. The water surface (a) on the side of the tube 7 is then pushed up to the end of the opening. When dewfall occurs in the dam 1 in the risen state and the water is supplied into the box 6, the water is discharged through the tube 7 from the box 6 to the outside. The occurrence of unexpected accident, such as falling down of the dam 1 by the discharge of air due to the formation of dew can thus be prevented.
