    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste paper processing system which can control the generation of initial recycled paper and terminal recycled paper containing sites having unstable quality.
      SOLUTION: In the waste paper processing system including a raw material-storing portion having a regular paper tank 11 and shredding tank 12 for storing waste paper or shredded waste paper pieces as recycling paper raw materials and used for supplying the recycling raw materials to a rear stage pulp-recycling portion, a pulp-recycling portion 1 having a pulper 14 for disintegrating the recycling raw materials to prepare recycled pulp and used for supplying the recycled pulp to a rear stage deinking pulp portion 2, a deinked pulp portion 2 having a deinking portion 23 for bleaching the recycled pulp to prepare deinked pulp and used for supplying the deinked pulp to a rear stage paper-making portion 3, and the paper-making portion 3 for making paper from the deinked pulp to prepare the recycled paper, a storage tank 21 is provided for storing a prescribed amount of the recycled pulp flowed down from the upstream side of the transfer route and simultaneously continuously supplying the recycled pulp to the downstream side, in the transfer route for transferring the recycled pulp from the pulper to the deinking portion.
